Sabrina has been in the fitness world her entire life in many ways. She's currently a pilates teacher, spin and barre instructor. She's also a techno house enthusiast, coffee addict, and a morning person who has now added FlowLIFT lover to her repertoire. Sabrina will be opening her own studio in January of 2025 called Casa Tres.
