Diana is passionate about a fit and healthy lifestyle. Since she started her fitness journey, she came across various types of workouts and fell in love with the FlowLIFT technique. FlowLIFT is a hybrid method combining pilates, yoga, cardio and full body moves that get your brain working. Being a mother of four and combining a fit lifestyle can be very challenging, but she loves that FlowLIFT gives you everything you need in just 45 minutes. She would love to encourage other people, hoping to make an impact while pursuing their fitness journey.
